Our firm, based in the U.S. territory of Guam, provides sophisticated legal representation and advice to individuals, corporations, and other business entities.
We practice law in all Guam courts, including the Guam Superior Court, the Guam Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court of Guam. We can represent individuals and businesses in other forums, including certain administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals. Our principal attorney, founder, and general counsel, Ignacio (Ike) Aguigui, is also admitted to practice law in State of California, as well as in other federal courts such as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Attorney Aguigui is an Ivy League honors graduate - Yale University and Columbia Law School - with years of experience in the practice of law.
